PHYSICAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Contamination Control
Inspecting the railway cars arrived to the Dispatch Station before the loading of the commodity in order to make sure that they are are duly cleaned of previous cargoes, and are applicable for transportation of the commodity in all respects, and at the request of the Client, arranging additional cleaning of empty railway cars.
Supervising Control
  • Supervising on behalf of the Client and reporting on the yard operations and the loading works at the local railway of the Consignor and Dispatch Station, counting the time of empty rail cars being under loading operations, liaising with Dispatch Station to expect in time and in full quantity loaded railcars for further railway transportation.
  • Supervising the shifting of the loaded coal, if this is necessary to prevent selfignition or to stop ant such self-ignition. Reporting to the Client any matters ofbdamage to railway cars, arising as the result of loading, and investigating into any such matter of damage.
